The outcome

Qubiga in Esbjerg created a prioritized and targeted portfolio of new product concepts for 3 global markets. An upcoming product portfolio, which with the subsequent approval of the Board of Directors, will now be realized in real product development projects over the coming years.

The background

Qubiqa wanted to implement a structured innovation process that would both map key customer needs in the short and long term and highlight a number of new product ideas that could meet customer needs within 3 global regions. The goal was for the new product ideas to be customer-relevant, innovative and technically possible.

The process

Innohow delivered a consulting process where both sales and developers were involved in an innovative and structured process. 2 Innovation Days were realized including “homework” before Innovation Day 1, work between day 1 and day 2 and “homework” after Innovation Day 2. The best and most business-attractive product concepts were concretized for a presentation to the company's board.

Innohow collaborated with the management team and stood among others. for process planning and preparation of work instructions, facilitation and documentation of both innovation days as well as evaluation of the entire process.
